SPREADSHEET WORKSPACE
Choose a Pass for Your Spreadsheet Tasks
30-day pass
$4.90 USD
One-time payment, no auto-renewal
100 MB / 300 files per batch; split multiple workbooks into up to 300 files; export up to 100 sheets as PDFs.
Higher limits only. Output stays values only: formulas and formatting are not preserved.
365-day pass
$14.90 USD
One-time payment, no auto-renewal
Same higher limits as the 30-day pass, for a full year. About $1.24 per month, paid once for 365 days.
100 MB / 300 files per batch; split multiple workbooks into up to 300 files; export up to 100 sheets as PDFs.
Higher limits only. Output stays values only: formulas and formatting are not preserved.
Free limits and one-time passes cover the same values-only spreadsheet workflows. Column matching, duplicate removal, the optional Source file column, previews, and reports stay free. A pass only raises the usage limits listed below. It does not unlock other features, and it does not preserve formulas or formatting.
Free limits for regular spreadsheet tasks
Free input batches allow 50 MB in total and up to 30 files per batch. Merge and split have a guard of 1,000,000 non-empty cells. Splitting accepts one workbook per run with up to 10 output files. PDF export allows up to 3 selected worksheets per batch.
The January workbook and February CSV let you check column matching and duplicate removal with a small example before choosing a larger workflow.
What a one-time pass adds
Both pass durations add the same allowances:
- Batch input up to 100 MB and 300 files.
- Several workbooks in a split run, with up to 300 outputs.
- PDF batches containing up to 100 worksheets.
- A higher merge and split guard of 2,000,000 non-empty cells.
That list is everything a pass adds. The tools, the output files, and how they are produced are the same with or without a pass.
What a pass does not change
- Output is still values only. Formula expressions become their last saved values; a pass does not keep formulas.
- Formatting is still not kept: fonts, fills, borders, column widths, merged-cell layout, conditional formatting, and data validation. Comments, images, charts, pivot objects, macros, and external links are also lost.
- PDF export still rebuilds plain tables and does not reproduce the original print layout or styling. The Latin-1 character rule for PDF text still applies.
- Phone limits for merge and split, and your device's memory, stay the same.
The 30-day pass is $4.90; the 365-day pass is $14.90, in USD. Sign in with Google on your account page to link a pass to your account. Payment is handled through PayPal.
The 365-day pass has the same higher limits as the 30-day pass, for a full year. The differences are duration and price; both provide the same tools and outputs.
How pass time works
Time starts when payment succeeds. Another purchase while your pass is active adds the new days after the current end date. These are one-time payments with no automatic renewal and nothing to cancel. When the pass ends, your account returns to free limits.
Device limits still apply
On phones, merge and split allow 20 MB of input and 300,000 non-empty cells per batch for every tier. PDF input limits remain 50 MB and 30 files free, or 100 MB and 300 files with a pass, on phones too. PDF export has its own guards of 20,000 non-empty cells per sheet and 100,000 per batch for everyone. Browser memory can run out below the limits; a pass cannot add memory to your device.
If a supported file fails to export, request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing support@combinesheets.com with the order reference and error message. You do not need to send the confidential file. A full refund ends the pass. Read the refund policy for the applicable rule.
